Clock Face and Versa Apps

I've had my Versa since December and I've never had a problem with it until recently. First my workout app stopped working. Now I can see the available clock faces to download but once I select an individual one, it just keeps showing the loading circle and the same thing happens with the app loading. 

 

I've tried signing in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting the bluetooth and reconnecting, unpairing the versa from fitbit, and changing wifi connections. Nothing is working and I don't know what to do.

Hi @ErinG98 , first of all: are you using at this moment a third party CF? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset). If that suggestion also does not work due to the loading circle problem, try the following:

1. Shutdown your Versa by going to settings - device info - shurdown amd leave ot that way for about ten to fifteen minutes.

2. After that period, restart you Versa.

3. Restart you phone without enabling BT or, if BT is started automatically, disable it.

4. Sync your Fitbit app with your Versa and let Fitbit find your tracker. At a certain moment Fitbit will say that BT is disabled and if it should enable it. Press yes nad Fitbit will find your Versa.

5. Once found, try changing CF again and see if the problem is solved. Good luck Erik
