Clock Face keeps being installed for days

My Versa has been trying to install a clock face for days and it won't let me try another one while an installation is in progress. I've tried everything! Restarting versa, force stopping the app, turning off then reconnecting bluetooth and wifi. Please help!

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your watch and I'm sorry that the clock face isn't completing the installation process. To help you out with this, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version.
  4. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  5. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone one more time.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, log back in and sync your Versa.
  7. Then attempt to change the clock face.
