My Versa started malfunction today, the screen was slow and unresponsive to touch to start of with but then towards midday the clock face bled into lots of vertical lines and stopped working.
It shut off with 80% battery and despite letting it charge overnight and trying to reset it numerous time its not working.
I'm really worried as I bought it as a birthday present for myself last April so its not even a year old yet!

Mine just did the same after getting the update. Unresponsive Versa.

It seems like this update is doing the same thing as the one prior to 32.68.9.15 where is bricked a lot of Fitbit Versas. They eventually pulled that one from the rollout since it caused major issues.
Really sucks for folks that have a perfectly operational Versa (out of warranty) prior to the firmware update and the firmware update bricks the Versa to become unresponsive.
Guessing this firmware version wasn't properly beta tested before being rolled out with all of the multitude of issues being reported. Maybe all of these firm updates that have been geared for the Versa family should just be done for the Versa 2 since it's killing the OG Versa and Versa Lites.

I just got it back by doing a hard restart and removing the device from the app and then adding it back.

Mine did the same thing but I got it to turn back on by pressing and holding the right button and the bottom left button simultaneously.

Try holding the left button and bottom right buttons simultaneously, that got mine to turn back on.

Lite has 1 button, I did all the resets you can do and my battery is now under 50% and its stuck on the logo with a blue vertical bar.

I have the same problem since the last update (Versa 1). When I turn off my device and I want to restart it the next day, it doesn't open. I have to push the three buttons for more than 10 seconds to make it work again. And when it finally opens, the battery has dropped by almost 40%....

At least yours is turning on somewhat. I wonder if we can flag the issue with one of the Fitbit team member to have a look through the problems here
