I have changed clock face before but for some reason when i click on the new clock face all it does is spin, what am I doing wrong.

Im having the same issue. Just now paired my Versa with my Moto G Plus.  Steps are tracking on the watch and app.  Was able to add FitBit pay with my debit card.  But every time I try to load a watch face it just spins forever when you select one.  Have rebooted phone multiple times.

Me too I have tried updating phone, rebooting. Tried plugging in fitbit, etc. Tried different clock faces it just spins and spins. I changed my at Easter time so it worked then, just trying to get rid of the bunnies. lol
