Hi,

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing their bitmoji on their clock face?

My bitmoji just stays in the bottom of the screen only the eyes, and won't change for a number of days, despite various activities etc.

 

I have googled everything and trouble shouted everything, icluding reseting my phone, and my versa, and logging out of all apps and logging back in, and then resending a number of times but nothing is working.

 

I have also tried entering my water intake and food, but still nothing.

 

My wifi is connected so not sure what the problem is.

 

Any help is welcome, thanks. 🙂
