Clock Faces issue

Does anyone else have issues with the Clock Faces part of the FitBit app. Its SOOOO slow to load or go back from a chosen and rejected clock face, and I am having to constantly close the app and restart it, as the screen just goes white all the time. Seriously naffin' me off now. This happens EVERYTIME. I'm getting to the point of moving my Versa on and getting an Apple Watch instead. Grrrrrrrr..........

Hi, do you also use Third Party Clock Faces? Some of them are not compatible with the new Firmware Version, but you will discover that only by trial and error. If yes and the ones you have choosen are too slow, try to install the Third Party Face called "Minimal Style". This face shows you on top the screen the date, in the middle the time (digital) and on the bottom from left to right HR - Steps - Battery. Clicking on the steps will show you all the other stats. I have adjusted it maximally so it only shows: Day - Time - Steps (you can do that in the settings you'll get after having installed it by adjusting colour schemes). The size if this face is only 12 kB so it's very battery friendly. My Versa lasts on one charge 5 to 6 days depending on usage. Good luck!!

It’s not the clock face that is the problem. It’s the Fitbit app. It’s so poor, and if I click on a watch face that I like, then decided to go back to view others, the app takes a lifetime then just goes white, forcing a restart of the app, and a resync of my Versa. Really annoying.
