Counting Steps while sitting.

My Fitbit Versa is counting steps while Im just sitting down doing nothing. How do I fix this ? Thinking about just returning it, seems that a lot of people are having issues with the Versa..

Sorry I don’t have an answer for you, but just want to add that I am having exactly the same problem. Had a charge 2 and that was perfect, got a versa for Christmas and now I wish I hadn’t, Especially as I have passed on my charge 2 !

@BigWill3 how many steps? Does it record steps when you're lying in bed? Try switching the Wrist Placement setting to Dominant in your Fitbit app. Also, reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
