@Stillworking You don’t “uninstall” clock faces. You simply switch to a new clock face whenever you’re ready. The old one goes away and then if you want it back, you have to find it and install it again.

@Stillworking Go into the Fitbit app on your phone. Click on the icon in the upper left hand corner. Then tap on your Versa, and then Clock Faces.

When I go to clock faces the clock that I want is shown as selected but on my watch the old watch appears. I noticed on your screen shot that you have an "update tracker". I don't have that on my watch...it just says "selected".....is it in a different area? If so where? Thank you soooo much

Hi @Stillworking , try this: as earlier mentioned go to clock faces, press it and then press all clocks. If our scrolla bit, you will see CF designed by Fitbit, press on the right side "show all" and choose one of these CF's. After that restart quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone and Versa and start Fitbit app again and sync it with your Versa. See if the problem is solved. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri

Thank you, but this didn't solve the problem either. When I did this and turned my phone back on the clock that I want.. Sundial from the Fitbit choices it stayed for 15 seconds and then the old clock face came back. So frustrating.

Hi, I'm afraid you will only be able to solve this "weird" problem by doing a Factory Reset. Before doing that sync you Versa with Fitbit app otherwise you will loose data. Settings - Device info - Scroll down to Factory Reset and press it. Remeber that after a FR you need to setup your Versa all over again to your Firbit app as it is in principle a new watch after the FR. Good luck kuzibri

Thank you. I have only had it for a week!. I have to go to work now so will try this later. I am thinking of taking it back so if this does not work....back it goes!

Hi, can't hurt to deinstall it and reinstall it. Regards kuzibri

I did that last night and my choice of clockfaces was installed but it looks like a Fitbit standard is also installed on top of the one I want to be my constant.... Maybe it is a Fitbit thing.

Did you already performed a Factory Reset? If you think it's a Fitbit thing, this would be the solution. Regards kuzibri

Yes I did... and in order to get the clock face that I want to see I have to push the button on the left side of the watch.

Anyway some progress made with the FR, but it stays a weird problem. Normally when you select a CF from the Fitbit gallery and install it, it replaces the old one on your Versa, even without restarting your Versa. That's the way how it should go/be.
