If the error is just on clock face, try switching to a different clock face. "By Fitbit" are generally more reliable, but there are plenty that work fine. Some third-party-developed ones occasionally develop problems.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
