It’s saying on Fitbit: Clock error go to the Fitbit mobile app and try another clock????what does this mean I’ve checked doesn’t give me another clock option

Hi @James1979, welcome to the community.
You need to open the fitbit app on your phone and tap on your profile picture - tap on your device - tap on clock faces - and then tap on all clocks. This should take you to the App gallery where you can select a new clock face. I would recommend choosing one developed by Fitbit to start with.
