completely black screen on Versa but syncs and vibrates still

My versa’s screen has turned black and it’s not dead because it can track+sync data, and notifications like phone calls and texts still make my Fitbit vibrate. 
I’ve tried to restart my Fitbit (pressing the left + top right buttons) and also tried to reset my Fitbit (pressing all 3 buttons) and even tried to change my clock face via the Fitbit app, however nothing worked. 
I have tried to use Fitbit Live chat on different days and times but it hasn’t been working. 
Please help!!

Hi! I've got the same issue with my Fitbit and I've got a really long chat with support center. They've decided to replace my device! As for Live Chat, it doesn't work for me on my iPhone but I've tried it on Mac and everything went smoothly 🙂
