Brand new Versa 4 just out of the box. Charged for 3 hours, nothing on the screen, just vibrates when I push the one button. Should I send it back?.

Hello @deputysally! Welcome to our community forums!
Thank you for letting us know that your Versa 4 is not turning on.
When you charged your Versa 4, did you connect it to the wall or to a computer? I suggest cleaning your charging cable and the charging pins on your watch by following the steps in this article: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
After cleaning it, press the left button for about 12 seconds and try charging it again, preferably connected to a computer.

I own a VERSA 4
This is what I would do as well if same issues. Hope this helps.
Good luck
Versa 4 Force Restart
1. Plug it in: Connect your Versa 4 to its charging cable, and ensure the cable is plugged into a reliable power source (like a wall adapter or a computer USB port).
2. Press and Hold: Press and hold the single button on the side of your Versa 4.
3. Wait for the Logo: Keep holding the button down for about 10 seconds.
4. Release: Release the button when you see the Fitbit logo appear on the screen.
If the restart is successful, the Fitbit logo should appear, and the watch should boot up normally.
What if the Restart Doesn't Work?
If the screen remains black even after attempting the force restart several times, the next steps depend on what you prefer:
• Option 1: Contact Fitbit Support
Since it's brand new and the initial restart failed, you can contact Fitbit Support. They can provide more advanced troubleshooting (like a factory reset, which you can't easily do with a black screen) or confirm a hardware issue and arrange a warranty replacement.
• Option 2: Return it to the Retailer
Since it's straight out of the box and likely still within the return period, you may find it quicker and easier to return it to the place of purchase for an exchange or a full refund.
