Clock face app and app not working

I am unable to open the clock face app in the app to change the clock face. Was working before but it's not working anymore. Also the app for apps in the fitbit app.

Try

 

Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom]
Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, About, at the bottom,Shutdown]
Reboot phone
Start watch [Hold button for a few seconds only till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]
