I received my Versa on Wednesday (yay!), and have been busy trying out various clock faces but today it won’t change...It just ‘hangs’ on the installation phase and won’t let me cancel it. Is this a glitch? I’m hoping it will just sort itself out given time but wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

Thanks for the replies. All is sorted now. It just sorted itself with time. Think it was due to low internet speed

I had a similar problem on my Ionic when my internet signal was too weak. When I tried later in the day it was OK. Try restarting your Versa if it stays 'hung'.

Thanks for the reply! Two hours later it’s still ‘hanging’ as per phone screen shot above. It carries on trying to download even if I choose the option to cancel it. Have tried turning the Versa off. Think it’s the app that has failed rather than the Fitbit. Maybe I need to delete the app from my phone and reload...

I get this issue on my Ionic often. I just keep hitting continue then force closing the app then continue again and repeat until it finally installs.
Another thing I found helped was turning my phones wifi on (even though I wasn't connected to a network). I'm on Android though, so your experience may vary.

NOPE. Because you see before you could choose a face, then it would have to load. Slow; but you knew it was loading. NOW they add this choose between 5 faces and it just freezes and doesn't change. Thanks Fitbit!

Mine is stuck between faces and doesn't give me an option to quit 😞
