You have a code on your Fitbit for a clock face? Is it a third-party clock face that you are purchasing or have previously purchased? If so, you need to go to kiezelpay.com Once there, you will enter the code. There are two options - one if you have not previously purchased the clock face and one if you have previously purchased the clock face. Choose whichever option applies.

I’ve already purchased the code and the instructions told me to paste my code in the clock face settings in my Fitbit but I don’t see an option to do so

@AsleyD Do you currently have the clock face installed on your Fitbit? If so, the place to enter the code should automatically appear after the clock face's trial period is over.

As mentioned, you will need to go to the same page you went to to purchase. Once their choose "I already bought", enter email address.
