My chosen clock-face no longer shows steps or heart-rate, although the steps space says - 0 NaN% and the heart-rate space just shows -Heart I have to scroll down to get this info. Why isn't it still on the clock-face?

NaN is computer error code for 'not a number', not that that helps you.

Third-party clock faces sometimes develop problems like these.  It is usually fixed by switching to a different clock face.  The ones "by Fitbit" are usually safest, but most others also work fine.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
