My Fitbit randomly stopped working the face side buttons don’t turn them on and only been months. Any suggestions …

I bought a Versa 2 last October L and it has recently done the exact same thing. First of all, it seemed to go to the green dots i nthe square screen for inordinate lengths of time and then last week, it went blank and I cannot turn it back on. 😞 Signed in here to see what I could do and saqw your post straight away. Can't help you with it but you are not alone!

Clock face doesn't appear and all other apps are raw with no data. Like alarms shows the red or gold alarm clock icon but not times. Steps, heartbeat, stairs the same thing. This all happened after the firmware update ran bringing it to 32.70.727. It does keep track of steps because when I sync with the phone app it updates the number of steps. Resetting the watch doesn't correct it.
