Clock face not loading

My versa lite will not change clock faces i select the face i want but it won't load

Please pay attention to the NOTE at the end of the article. I am not able to copy-paste as the website doesn't allow it but it is something like. I am sure that you cannot update because of one of the cases noted there.

NOTE: On Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa series:
To update the clock face, you cannot have more than 38 apps installed.....etc
