Versa Lite Sync Problem

I know there are various threads about Syncing, but none of them are exactly my problem.  My Versa Lite will sync but only if I physically open the app, touch my profile in the upper lefthand corner and then force it.  I can be sitting right next to the phone, but it won't do it unless forced.  This was not always the case but has been so for the last month.  The Versa is about two months old.

 

Reinstalled the Versa Lite to the app.  Turned blue tooth off and on on both the Versa and my cell phone.  Did another cell phone trick where you put it in airplane mode and then restart it.  I'm using an Android Galaxy s20.  I've done everything I can think of but it's irritating to say the least to have to log in at least twice a day to get the information in.

Hi @mrh29 Unfortunately I dont see the s20bon the Supported Devices List   which could be the problem. But there may be something you can do ifbyou work through all the suggestions in THIS  Help Article on syncing problems.
