I tried to change the settings on the clock face and it will not work. This just came from Best Buy.

A couple of questions.
What phone is the app on?
Where you switching to another Fitbit designed face?
Do you see any error?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8. I was trying to switch to a different clock face, that downloaded just fine. Went into settings and I can not change the colors of the text or icons on the face. I switched it to a different watch face. So we will see how it goes. I just got this today. Could be that the watch face has issues on a software level. I did not see any error messages. I will keep an eye on it and I will check back in if I see any other issues with this watch.
