My girlfriend and I both downloaded the same clock face on each of our Fitbit Versa - the Kamon. Because the weather icon was not offered on the clock face we both logged into the weather app suggested and received the API key. Mine is working fine but hers is not. She's deleted the key and reset it, but to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I moved your post from the Feature Suggestions board to the Versa board, this in order to have our Community in order and to give you a better followup.
Thanks a lot for sharing what you experienced with this clock face. As you can read on the developer's description page the clock face "Kamon" is not a Fitbit clock face. The best thing to do is to check if there is an update with the app or contact the developer. Another thing you can always try is uninstalling and reinstalling the app/clock face.
