I purchased a face for Christmas. Now I want to switch to a new clock face. The app on the phone shows that I have the clock face I selected but the face on the VERSA is still the Christmas one. I have restarted several times including turned watch off.

Hi @tri1035. I’ve found that the trick in changing clock faces is timing. Once you select a new face, it is critical that you immediately sync your Versa. During the sync, your Versa should lightly vibrate to let you know the change went thru. Please try to change to another clock face, syncing immediately afterwards, and see if it works. Let us know!
