I can’t get the clock face to permanently change to a different face - I can get to it by touching the lightning bolt / but then it goes back

Hi @Exercisetoday , if you mean that you're not able to get to the Clocks: press in the dashboard of the Fitbit app in the Today bar on the left side, the Versa watch icon. Uo will see a new page with tiles of which one of them is "Clocks", press that and you''ll see My Clock (the one you're using now) and "All Clocks", press that and you go to all the available clock faces. I have a feeling that you installed some custom clockface that has a custom behaviour. Would you please post a picture of your watch? Thanks
