I would like to know if you keep having issues with your clock faces? In the meantime, take a look at the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and confirm you are following those steps in order to change your clock face.

I have an s9 and not only will the clock faces not load in the app, but my versa clock face changed without me changing it! WTH?
