I have the versa and haven't been able to download the bitmoji clock face as it says it's not supported on my device. I have made sure my phone app and versa are updated, powered down and restarted my device, and logged out of the app. Now I can't open the clock faces at all or the app section.

Hi, did you login again after logging out? This could explain why you do not see the Clock Faces. If you have logged in, then try the following:
1. Log out of your Fitbit account on your phone
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app without unpairing or removing your Versa from the account
3. Restart your phone and enable BT
4. Reinstall Fitbit app again and login.
5. Sync your Versa with your phone and see if everything works like it should.
Regarding the installation of the Bitmoji clock Face, I will strongly advice you to not to that, cause it's not only causing a lot of problems (like syncing, bad displays, etc), but also drains your battery like hell. There are fat better clock faces than this one. If I may do a suggestion, have a look at The One in all Clock Faces. Although it's a paid version (1.1$ after a trial period of 30 hours), it's a magnificent and very reliable Third Party Clock Face. Besides that, it's highly customizable, you can adjust almost anything you want, but due to it's size it's also very batttery friendly, it's only 16.2 kB. How he did that, I do not know, but my Versa lasts with this clock face at least five days. I would suggest, try it out and you will get addicted to it!!
