I can not change the time on my watch.pplease help

It will get time and date from phone or other sync device when it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

On my mobile phone it says 24-hour clock but on my watch it says 12 hour clock how do I change the 12-hour clock 24-hour the same as my phone

See How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Scroll down to 2nd topic. Note it has to be done from fitbit.com dashboard. You might have to scroll right to see the gear icon.
