does the versa have integral gps, or use your phones gps, im confused?

also, does it do intervals for intival training, and if it does, how many?

The Versa doesn't have built-in GPS. It can use a nearby phone's GPS signal, which Fitbit calls "Connected GPS".

It does have a dedicated Interval setting for the Exercise app. This article shows how to customize it--you may need to add the Interval mode if it's not already showing up. It will track one rest period and one work period, repeating up to 99 times I believe. You can also refer to this post for more information on how Intervals work with Fitbit. Best of luck.
