Clock, shutting down, heart rate and syncing issues

My Versa clock keeps is going weird.

My versa keeps 'shutting down'.

My versa has not synced since April 24th, despite me trying all the troubleshooting.

My versa did not accurately record my heart rate measurements.

Have I bought a dud?, this is the second watch, I had to returned my previous one .... thank God I bought the extended warranty!

I will be glad to help you out with the issues you are experiencing with your Versa.

 

  • Clock face: Could you please be more specific about the issue you are having? Are you experiencing this with 1 specific face or with some others?
  • Shutting down: I recommend verifying that your Versa is properly charging, also you can perform a restart.
  • Syncing: If your tracker isn't syncing, follow the instructions in the Having trouble syncing? post.
  • Heart rate: In this post, you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
