Clock stopped working

  • I have a Versa 3 that s a few months old. The clock has stopped working. Everything else seems to be working fine. Can I reset the clock? Is this normal?

Mine was doing the same thing. I finally just let the battery die and recharged it. Now, the time is off by hours. I’ve synced the watch and it doesn’t help.

@Suzanny @ChristyD0045 Hi. I do not have a Versa 3, however maybe this would still work for yours...

Hold the side button on your watch until the fitbit logo shows up, it should come back to the clock. You may have tried this. Or try a  factory reset.

Try rebooting phone and restart watch.

Open fitbit app, tap on your profile icon, look for your versa image then to try to sync. You said you've tried this and it didn't help
