Clockface going white and not working properly

My Fitbit wasn’t syncing or getting notifications last week I had to restart since I’ve done that I started getting my notifications fine but my clock screen going white and it starts doin things on it’s own!

Hi, are you using by any chance a Third Party Clock face? If yes, replace it with a clock face developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Hope this solves your problem!!

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support
