Since it hit the market a year ago, I have had no less than 3 Versas. The clock face on the first one popped off after 3 or 4 months. Fitbit replaced it as it was still under warranty. The SECOND one (the replacement) did exactly the same thing! The clock face popped off. I guess on the bright side, the second one lasted a few more months - almost 6!!
Fitbit replaced the second one in January 2019. Yesterday, the battery started to drain at warp speed. I didn't even get a full day out of it.
Suffice it to say - incredibly disappointed in this product. No complaints about the customer service - in each case, they responded quickly with a replacement watch. But at this point - I'm done. I'll stick with my Alta and when it dies, will decide to either try another FB product or look at a competitor.

@4741asj Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
I will gladly assist you with this. You didn't mention if you tried any troubleshoots so I just wanted to suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.
