Clockface on Versa

I can only see the clock face (time/stats) on my Versa if I tap it hard several times or hit the button.  It used to work when I moved my wrist but stopped.

Hold in left button a few seconds.  Look for 'Screen Wake'.  Tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Let's stop tapping the screen hard. It is a touch screen and only requires a light touch. Think of how you touch your phone.

"Let's stop tapping the screen hard..." .  If you think that was helpful you are so wrong.  Someone else answered my question in an adult manner that solved my problem.  Your answer was condescending.

I'm very aware that someone else answered your question, I'm also a ware that the versa has a touch screen and does not depend on the accelerometer like some previous models do.

I was responding to "if I tap it hard", tapping hard often will make the finger slide a little across the screen, then the tap is not a tap anymore but a scroll.

My point is simply the harder a user taps the less likely the tap will work.

I get it.  My suggestion is to learn how to give an opinion without suggesting a person needs parental advice.
