Coach subscription and notifications not working

Got the yearly subscription and it has been charged to my account but everytime I try accessing my account it won't let me and it will mark error. Help. Also my notification settings are on but I am not getting my messages or call notifications.

Thanks for explaining the issues experienced with Coach and the notifications on your watch. Let me help you with each of your questions. About your subscription, may I know the error message that you're seeing? Is this being displayed on the Coach app from your phone? If you've not done so, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Verify if the Coach app is updated by going to the store app on your phone.
  2. Force quit the Coach app from your phone:

    For iOS devices, see this article.

    For Android devices, see this article.

  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open Coach app and carefully enter your credentials so you can access your account.

Now, to work with the notifications let me know your phone's model and OS version. Since you mentioned to have the notifications settings on, do you refer to the Fitbit app settings? Or do you mean your watch's settings? Additionally, please give a try to the troubleshooting described here and let me know the outcome.
