Exercise not syncing

Over the last week or so I can’t get my exercise to sync to my app or my watch in the ‘weekly exercise’ section. I track and end the exercise correctly on my watch but it then won’t sync to my app/watch to show what I’ve done..

I’ve logged in and out, restarted the watch etc. Not sure what else to do?

Hi @daniellecj. Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for the information provided and the steps tried on your own. To help you out with your exercises, may I know if your basic stats (steps, distance, heart rate, floors, etc) are able to sync correctly?

If not, I'd recommend to try the following steps to get your watch syncing correctly:

  1. Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app

  5. Reboot your phone.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Versa icon > Sync Now.

If the issue persists, provide me with your phone's model and OS version. Also, let me know if you get an error message on the app when trying to sync.
