My fitbit Coach workouts are not syncing to my fitbit app. I pay for the premium coach for this reason. I tried to disconnect on the Coach app in settings but it won’t let me even disconnect.

Hello @kaylin99, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. If the exercises you're performing in the Coach App in the Versa are not syncing with the Fitbit app, please try the following:
- Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
- Restart your phone.
- Go to the Coach website and log in
- Tap on your name, then on Settings.
- On the next screen, scroll down until you see "Connected Accounts"
- Click on Disconnect.
- Click on Connect again.
- Perform an exercise from your watch and after finishing it, sync your Versa.

Hi there, I have tried all of the above but none of my coach classes are syncing to my fitbit, the last it worked was April 4th. Please help.

I am also having this problem. I have followed your instructions with no success. What is the solution? There’s no point paying for premium if it doesn’t work.

I am also having this problem with Fitbit Coach and Sense, it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I have tried all of the above steps more than once but no luck.

Mine has stopped as of April 14 or so as well. Looking for a resolution soon for this paid service....
