Both of you, do a long press of the left button and change the "Screen Wake" setting to Auto.

Neither will mine, so many issues with this watch. Get over one and another one starts up.

All fixed. Versa went close to flat and quick view switched itself off. Switched back on and it is working better, not consistent but much better. Also only works with a certain flick of the wrist so need to practise.
