Comparing Versa 2 with Apple Watch series 5

I recently purchased a Fitbit versa 2 which I would have returned to buy the Apple series 5 watch but couldn’t return because of this whole covid situation. I find the Fitbit to be better at tracking your heart rate and works very well with the Cardiogram app, also the sleep tracking on this watch is extremely easy to understand and I feel does a better job, the Apple Watch doesn’t have a dedicated sleep app. Also this Apple Watch needs to be charged like every 9 to 10 hours and my Fitbit gets about 3 days of usage. The ECG function is also a bit gimmicky because it’s not constantly running in the background so you have to take 30 second sinus recordings to detect AFib, which is pointless because you would have to catch it right then and there.

Now I have one big issue with the versa 2 and that is the spo2 sensor, why can I only see my o2 levels, or an estimation as part of my sleep score?  If the hardware is there then why not allow the wearer to use it? I’m assuming because of its accuracy, so I am curious as to how accurate the spo2 censor is.
