Compatibility With LG ThinQ 8X

CAN YOU PLEASE "TEST" THIS PHONE AND MAKE IT FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH VERSA 2!! I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO USE MY FITBIT TO IT FULL CAPABILITY. I DID PAY 225.00 FOR A DEVICE NOT TO WORK FULLY. ITS SAYS THAT IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROIDS AND LISTED THE OPERATING SYSTEMS IT NEVER SAID IT WOULD NOT FULLY FUNCTION WITH MY PHONE. I JUST WANT TO USE MY DEVISE THE WAY IT WAS INTENDED!!! PLEASE  PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS. I LOVE MY VERSA 2!!

Hi @Nonni2019 - Please do not type in all CAPS. Not only is it more difficult to read but in this virtual world, it seems you are shouting! ... which I’m sure was not your intention. 

As for your LG ThinQ 8X, it is not listed on the page of supported devices. As you have discovered, even though the OS may be the right version, not all of the features may not be compatible. Others, like you, have requested that Fitbit test and become fully compatibly with your phone. You can tap here to add your vote to their suggestions. This is where Fitbit gages interest.

Thanks for responding, @Nonni2019 . Look for a caps lock button on your keyboard. Tap that and you should be able to type with upper and lower case.
