My Versa lite, which normally has a green flickering light on the back, now has a constant red light and my battery seems to be draining alarmingly fast. Is there a way to fix this issue? What’s going on with it?
Oh, there are no dumb questions. 🙂 Yes, I did. This morning the light is still red and I have a red mark on my wrist, similar to a burn. I took the Fitbit off and contacted support. Waiting to hear back on that now. So weird!!
