Is there a problem with all features working on every phone? Had a Motorola, just upgraded to a LG. Guess what...not compatible for text messages. I really really wanted this fit bit. Now, I just want to throw it in the trash and get fat. Awesome😒

I have the iPhone 11, and I just bought the Fitbit Versa 2, and all my features are not working either. I can not receive texts or calls through my Fitbit ..... hopefully we can both get some answers, because it is very frustrating!!!!

Hi @Jeepchik83 , the problem you are facing is the fact that Apple updated to iOS 13, in which it changed the rules regarding handling notificatons on the Versa one sided, e.g. without informing Fitbit about this change. So, now Fitbit has to find a workaround to solve this problem, caused by Apple itself. I know that Fitbit is working hard to solve this problem, but I cannot give you a timeframe when it's being solved. As long as you're seeing the warning on top of the homepage of the Versa Smartwatches Homepage when starting it for the first time and/or the Customer Support page regarding the problems with iPhone and notifications, the problem is not solved yet. regards kuzibri
