I saw the new Smart Wake feature and decided to give it a try, but two days in a row now, no alarm has gone off even once it reaches the set time.
As I understand it, the alarm should go off up to 30 minutes before the set time based on sleep status, or go off at the specified time if not.
Normal alarms work fine, but not "smart" alarms. Do they not go off if you are detected as awake? My cat sometimes disturbs me just enough to be "awake" but not enough to be coherent. So I'd still like my alarm to go off even if it THINKS I'm awake.
I've tried restarting my device and all those typical troubleshooting steps, but a quick test still provided no alarm.

@moosecat I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Smart wake alarms not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You are right that the smart wake alarms should look for the best time to wake you up or go off at the set time as described in this help article. If they aren't working I would start by deleting the alarms, then restart your Versa again and set them up again.
Let me know how it goes.

I’ve had the same problem and have tried restarting my Fitbit and creating new alarms, and, at most, the smart wake will work only once after I do that but not the following day. Even now, when I try to restart my Fitbit and create new alarms again the next night, that no longer fixes the problem. The alarm just won’t go off.
