Compatible phones to sync the Versa with

Here is the link to the Supported Devices List. Unfortunately I dont see either of those phones on there.

@MDB12 as @NellyG said your phone isn't listed as a supported device so I can't guarantee that it will or work without issues. Still not being on the list doesn't mean that you won't be able to sync your Versa with it. Do you already have the phone and the Versa. Have you tried syncing them? There are some users that have been able to use this phone with their Versa as you can see here and here.

@Andrewl62 This is a really helpful post, it does help know which devices have paired to your Versa's bluetooth.

Sorry to hear that you can't sync your Versa with your Samsung A8 phone and for the late reply. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Sorry to say this but you said Samsung A8 is not compatible phone for versa.  But this phone is on your list of compatible phones.  It should work therefore. Am I right in saying this.  Thanks.

When is the Samsung Galaxy 10 going to be added as a supported device to many of the Fitbit device? My Charge 2 is freaking out. Now it is not holding a charge whatsoever and keeps flipping through screens often with any help. I know it's not a compatible device but it isn't compatible with the newer Fitbit of Versa either. Does anyone know when the Galaxy 10 will be compatible with any Fitbit device?

Hi , I see that you stated you have the Galaxy A10e. Does it work good with your fitbit and do you have the versa 2 ? Can you receive your calls and text on your fitbit ?

It took my Fitbit versa 2 a little time to sync and be compatible with my Samsung Android Galaxy s10. But all is working now. I have not taken calls on it but names do appear on the versa when someone calls or texts.
