Hi friend i have tried to use all tutorial to activate the left button for almost a week using air blowing and tooth pick but not working i bought it on th 13 October 2019 its too bad for fitbit addict like us

Im deeply disappointed for how fitbit service treaded me, very much i think this brand was not designed for everyone, i think its time for we people from third world countries to creat our product specially for us, i bought my versa 2 through amazon it is not working their just telling me their dealing with only customer whom they bought directly, this brand is a new one i think it is not even have 5 month on the market its fuctionality is proven weak instead of taking serious measures to control it their just running away from it. I'm so disappointed the brand that i trusted and saved for it can just tell me that
