Hello,
I ordered the watch Fitbit Versa 2, which was supposed to have the application Alexa but it didn’t, and also the calories and the steps which the watch counts are not correct! I would like to ask for a support or if the product is defective i would like to ask for a refund. Looking forward hearing for you.

Hi @MARIATSANGARI97 , wether Alexa will work or not depends on were your living, e.g. the country. See this link. Click the link and scroll down to the bottom of the page where all countries are gathered were Alexa workt at this very moment. Regarding steps and calories. the Versa needs to get used to your step lenght and thus the amount of caolries burned. Give it a few days. If after a few days they still are not correct restart your Versa three times by pressing and holding the left button untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the button. Regards kuzibri
