Can't get it to connect. My Fitbit stuck on "To start download app." Which I have done over & over. I have tried to reset to Factory Settings...ect ect. I have app on phone and it keeps want to Update...which takes hours and finally says it at 100% Then tries to synch hours trying do so. Still watch keeps saying "down load app."
