While out of town in the mountains someone hacked my Fitbit account. Our phone/email service was sketchy while out of town. I get home and realize someone changed my email and password. After a call Fitbit was able too see that I was hacked. A week or so later my Fitbit versa screen cracks while sleeping so I call about the warranty. The hacker was able to get a new Fitbit under my warranty and I was able to get nothing. I will not be buying another Fitbit again.

Thanks for your response. I don't feel like fitbit was a help at all. This
is my third one and I have NEVER used my warranty.

Thanks for your response, however fitbit was not a help. I have owned three fitbits and have never used the warranty-not once! I am not satisfied with the outcome and will not be buying a fourth fitbit. You guys won't do the right thing and you reward the hacker who fitbit allowed to get into my account and use my warranty. If you want returning customers please reward the ones who have been coming back over the years. You can see how long I have supported fitbit.
