I did a hard reset after it wouldn't sync to my app as my Bluetooth disconnects from it a couple times a day, now I'm trying to set up as a new device and it wont find it connected to the charger. Anyone else having troubles with this?

Hi @Aprilmaddison, welcome to the community.
I'm assuming you did a factory reset? Can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Versa 2 from there. Then go back into the Fitbit app and try the setup process again.
