No, I'm afraid not. Although Fitbit supports multiple trackers on an account, there are restrictions and the combination of Charge 3 and Versais not allowed. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715/

I would like to know what devices work together in one account and if there plans to enable Versa 2 and Charge 3 to be compatible on when account.  I personally like to wear a different Fitbit during the day.

@Walker7744 have a look at that help file that I linked in my previous post as that's where Fitbit have documented the restrictions.

As to their plans for future changes it can only be speculation as they rarely announce anything in advance.
