I have been trying even with fit bit customer service to get my phone to show that it is connected to the Internet and I'm unable to see that it is My correct information internet is shown but it's grayed out and it said try again later when I've tried to even manually put in the information but then I am able to get some emails? TYIA

- Are you trying to connect Versa 2 to Wi-Fi?
- Are you seeing your Fitbit stats on your app?
