The Connected GPS feature seems to be not working, I have never used the Connected GPS feature in the Excercise app since the day i bought and started using my Versa, i made sure that i observe and do everything that is indicated on this help article (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2036) yet my Versa still can't / unable to connect GPS with my phone, any insights? thanks

@gerardungson A few ideas:
1. Make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android. Go to your phone's battery settings and disable battery optimization for Fitbit app.
2. Lock Fitbit mobile app in the background, so it doesn't get killed by Android. Please take a look at my post here. Also, google how to do that on your phone.
3. In the Fitbit mobile app, enable All-day Sync and Always Connected.

Mine is also not working. Fitbit Customer Service is saying I have the latest version. I have an iPhone X.
I spoke to you on a prior spot in the community and you said there is a new update coming out. Customer Service said that was a few weeks ago. I updated at that time. Yesterday I tried again and it did not connect. First I got the lines never showed connected and started doing minutes when i walked, but after walk noting 0 showed up with no map or anything. Frustrated, worked fine before I did the update.

Wow. Thank you the first person with the question. I went to the link. I didn't know it, but I checked the settings under walk and "connected GPS was off. Was that something new with the update? I never had to look at that before. Guess that option is good to have, because with the apple watch you can't turn GPS of and it uses more battery.

There's another thread on this with a huge number of people getting really frustrated. I can't get it to work either. It seems to be a common problem.
